Objet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\">Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente (CGV) d\u00e9finissent les modalit\u00e9s de r\u00e9servation, paiement et r\u00e9alisation des prestations propos\u00e9es par<strong> Bayaga.Ink<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2\">Tatouage par effraction cutan\u00e9 (handpoke &amp; machine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3\">Dermopigmentation r\u00e9paratrice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4\">Ateliers cr\u00e9atifs (poterie, cartes oracle, poup\u00e9e d\u2019intention, voyage sonore, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\">Objets et cr\u00e9ations artisanales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\">Tout client ou participant accepte ces CGV au moment de la r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. R\u00e9servation et paiement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7\">La r\u00e9servation est <strong>confirm\u00e9e apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception de l\u2019acompte<\/strong> :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tatouage \/ dermopigmentation : <strong>25\u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atelier cr\u00e9atif : <strong>10\u20ac par participant<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8\">Le solde est \u00e0 r\u00e9gler <strong>le jour de la prestation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9\">Le paiement peut se faire par virement, esp\u00e8ces, ch\u00e8que ou carte bancaire selon les options disponibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Annulation et report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-10\">Tatouage \/ dermopigmentation :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11\">L&#8217;acompte n&#8217;est pas remboursable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report possible selon disponibilit\u00e9s, <strong>au moins 48h avant<\/strong> la s\u00e9ance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12\">Atelier cr\u00e9atif :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13\">Annulation <strong>au moins 48h avant<\/strong> : remboursement int\u00e9gral ou report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14\">Moins de 48h : acompte non remboursable, report possible selon disponibilit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Obligations et responsabilit\u00e9 du client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-15\">Le client doit <strong>informer de tout traitement m\u00e9dical, allergie ou contre-indication<\/strong> avant la prestation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-16\">Le tatouage et la dermopigmentation peuvent pr\u00e9senter <strong>des risques (allergies, cicatrisation, rougeur)<\/strong>. Bayaga.Ink fournit les informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention et aux soins post-prestation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-17\">Le client doit <strong>respecter les consignes d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de soin<\/strong> communiqu\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-18\">Bayaga.Ink ne peut \u00eatre tenue responsable des complications li\u00e9es \u00e0 un <strong>non-respect des consignes<\/strong> ou d\u2019un \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 non communiqu\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. D\u00e9roulement des ateliers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-19\">Les ateliers sont propos\u00e9s dans un cadre <strong>cr\u00e9atif, bienveillant et s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-20\">Ils ne sont <strong>pas th\u00e9rapeutiques<\/strong> et n\u2019impliquent pas de suivi m\u00e9dical ou psychologique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-21\">Chaque participant est responsable de ses cr\u00e9ations et doit respecter le mat\u00e9riel et l\u2019espace partag\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-22\">Les cr\u00e9ations de Bayaga.Ink (tatouages, illustrations, objets, supports d\u2019ateliers) restent la <strong>propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle de Bayaga<\/strong>.Ink, sauf accord sp\u00e9cifique \u00e9crit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-23\">Les participants ou clients peuvent <strong>utiliser leurs cr\u00e9ations personnelles<\/strong>, mais ne peuvent pas les reproduire \u00e0 des fins commerciales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Photos \/ publications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-24\">Bayaga.Ink peut <strong>photographier certaines prestations<\/strong> ou cr\u00e9ations pour communication sur son site ou r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-25\">Le client ou participant peut <strong>refuser l\u2019utilisation de ses photos<\/strong> en le pr\u00e9cisant avant la s\u00e9ance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Litiges et droit applicable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-26\">Les pr\u00e9sentes CGV sont r\u00e9gies par le <strong>droit fran\u00e7ais<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-27\">Tout litige sera soumis aux <strong>tribunaux comp\u00e9tents<\/strong> du lieu du si\u00e8ge social de Bayaga.Ink.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
